Aldrin Program

From Earth's legacy to Mearth's future
Inspired by Buzz Aldrin's legacy of exploration, the Aldrin Program extends his mission into a new educational frontier—one reimagined through the Mearth ecosystem. Rather than asking “Why go to space?”, this program asks: “How do we build with space, Earth, and human ingenuity?” It merges Aldrin's tools, maps, and learning frameworks with Mearth thinking, creating a bridge between classic space education and tomorrow's civilization vision.
What we are building
We are creating a co-designed educational venture between Project Moon Hut and the Aldrin Foundation—integrating Mearth content, classification systems, and symbolic language into their curriculum and platforms.
In practice, that means:
- Curriculum transformationAdding Mearth-infused content into Aldrin's STEAM programs.
- Graphic & media redesignReworking maps, diagrams, visuals, and interactive tools to reflect Moon-Earth interdependence and the Mearth classification logic.
- Licensing & collaborationEnabling Aldrin-endorsed schools and teachers to deploy Mearth-Aldrin hybrid modules, using shared symbol systems, co-branded maps, and joint offerings.
- Backend platform integrationEnsuring that both Aldrin's and Mearth's education portals, resource libraries, and hubs can cross-reference content, credentials, and flows.
This is not a takeover. It is a partnership. Together, we enable Aldrin's global reach to become a conduit for Mearth ideology — allowing students in hundreds of schools to shift from learning about space to thinking in Mearth terms.
Strategic Framework
Mearth Academy focuses on a three-layer model:
- Joint Branding & IdentityMerge visual systems so Aldrin's maps and Mearth symbols integrate seamlessly.
- Platform SynchronizationLink Aldrin's ShareSpace / K-12 portfolio with Mearth's ecosystem tools
- Content PipelinesCo-develop modules, units, and lessons that shift from historical space narratives to system-architected futures
- Adoption ChannelsLeverage Aldrin's existing network—500+ schools, space hubs, STEAM partnerships — for early adoption
- Licensing PathsArtists, educators, and creators can license co-branded materials and derivative works under Aldrin-Mearth guidelines
- Regional HubsUse Aldrin's Space Learning Hubs (regional centers) as nodes for Mearth activation and alignment
Progress Report: Where we are...
- Initial alignment discussions underway
- Public Aldrin programs (Giant Moon Map™, Map Starter Kits, ShareSpace) already active and strong. (Aldrin Family Foundation)
- Mapping of overlap between Aldrin's STEAM tools and Mearth's content underway
- Visual concepts drafted for co-branded map design
- Licensing and logistics frameworks in design
- School & educator pilot outlines in development
Want to shape this ?
We invite partners who can help fuse legacy space education with our new civilization framework:
- Curriculum writers & space educators
- Graphic designers, media artists, UX for maps/interactive tools
- Licensing managers and legal experts (multi-jurisdiction)
- Platform integrators and API connectors
- School outreach & deployment coordinators
- Logistical & operations support (warehousing, global delivery)
- Pilot teachers & adoption champions
- Cultural mediators for regional adaptation
- Education grant advisors & foundation liaisons
We also need leaders — COOs, CTOs, CFOs—and those who can manage, coordinate, communicate, fundraise, and operate at scale. If you've run a business, built a product, or brought teams to life, we want to hear from you.
