What we are building
Mearth Discovery is the intellectual property and innovation acceleration engine of the Moon-Earth (Mearth) ecosystem.
Internally, it safeguards our work: filing patents, trademarks, and copyrights across Project Moon Hut and the Mearth entities, securing innovations, names, symbols, and ideas that can influence the world. It is the reason the Mearth brand exists today—after 18 months of work, Discovery secured the brand and in doing so helps to secure Mearth for humanity and the future.
Externally, Discovery sources and advances breakthrough ideas—whether born inside Project Moon Hut or Mearth Entity work, or discovered in research labs, startups, or forgotten archives. We aggregate, protect, and prepare them for market. Not as a patent pool that gathers dust, but as a living library and accelerator where innovations find the partners, resources, and pathways they need to scale into real-world solutions.
Strategic Framework
Mearth Discovery operates as the connective tissue between invention and application. It sources innovations from inside the Mearth ecosystem and beyond, secures them through trademarks, patents, and copyrights, and aggregates them into what we call Innovation Communities—bundled sets of technologies designed for rapid adoption. From there, Discovery licenses, distributes, and deploys these innovations using simple, standardized agreements that cut through the friction of traditional IP systems.
This isn't about stockpiling patents or hoarding rights. It's about motion. Discovery's framework ensures that valuable ideas—whether they come from a Mearth entity, a lab, or an overlooked inventor—are protected, accelerated, and applied. By aligning legal, technical, and commercial pathways, Discovery transforms isolated innovations into global solutions. It is the engine that turns intellectual property into lived progress.
